Account & Subscription Plans

Yes! If your student status changes, you can switch to the Individual Plan without a price change at that time.

You can log in from any internet-enabled device. However, Individual and Student plans are limited to one device at a time, while the Business Plan supports up to 5 simultaneous devices per account.

You’ll need to upload a valid student ID or proof of enrollment during sign-up or in your account dashboard. We’ll review and approve it quickly.

Sharing login information is not allowed under Individual and Student plans. When you log in from a different device, you will be automatically logged out of the previous one.

Go to your Dashboard > Settings > Billing. There, you can securely update your credit card or payment method.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, and you won’t be charged again.

Your subscription includes access to 7 LEED and WELL courses, from LEED Green Associate to LEED AP (BD+C, ID+C, ND, O+M, Homes) and the WELL AP course. You can choose any courses you want.

Yes! Each course starts with fundamentals and builds toward advanced topics, so even newcomers can follow along comfortably.

Absolutely. Each course includes practice questions, quizzes, and mock exams to help reinforce your learning.

Yes. Once you complete a course and pass its final quiz, a completion certificate will be issued for your records.

Course videos are for streaming only. However, supporting PDFs and worksheets may be downloadable depending on the course.

Yes, all our content is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect the latest LEED and WELL exam requirements.

Once purchased, you can log in and access all available files from your Material Dashboard at any time.

We currently do not offer custom Revit Family creation. However, if any of our existing files are updated, you’ll be able to download the latest version at no additional cost.
